Wee Willy II, you seem to be taking “”complete control of the skies”, “complete air supremacy”, and “air superiority” to literal extremes. These do not mean that Libyan aircraft are unable to take off or that they are shot down the very moment their wheels detach from the runway. They merely mean that the coalition has complete and unchallenged mastery of the skies. The lack of Libyan aerial effort, the fact that coalition activities are unchallenged by Libyan fighters and that the aircraft that do take off are intercepted, mean that yes, the allies enjoy complete aerial superiority.
