Ok – So I do not know my East from West Sussex – I was a tourist after all.!!.
She flew over late afternoon 4 o’clock ish.. And we were actually just north of Lewis (at Cooksbridge)
I saw here flying over Lewis, West Sussex yesterday afternoon, while I was at a Bar-B-Q…… Boy was that a surprise, and it was a good job, I was on hand to CORRECTLY identify the type before everyone else went off home saying they had seem a Lancaster.. 🙂
Is the old Dave Arnold P-47G still in the country?
Burt Lancaster found!
From Hiro To Zero….
More events this weekend:

or

Not actually today only – You have until Sunday……………..
But at least he has the correct ID for “AB832” (P5202) which is a Canadian-built Mark I and ex BoB Survivor – So, it would probably be the most significant Hurricane in the world for the Canadians. I am surprised no one in that neck of the woods has made the Indians a swap offer!
In light of the current ‘difficulties’ vis-a-vis Blair/Chirac and the Rebate/CAP issue
I will not be surprised if Jacques will be saying…. ‘we want you to give up the £3 billion…… and the Hawk 75!’
According to one Austrian News Report I saw (In german) there are at ‘least one other aircraft’ in the same lake – Though it could be a mis-reporting of the orioginal inclident as Mohr was in a flight of 2 aircraft when he ditched.
