be watched a second time around……

he lives out the experiences of Aguilar de Nerha, a distant relative who’s also a member of the Assassins, a secret society that fights to protect free will
from the power-hungry Templar Order. Transformed by the past, Cal begins to gain the knowledge and physical skills necessary to battle the oppressive
    organization in the present.

    Hi All,
While it was obviously a thrill for the children and not to mention very gracious of Graham Adlam for taking part in a history lesson 😎
It does show how typical the BBC is with sloppy research into whatever they appear to do these days.

The documentary series that is showing about the Blitz is another case in point with film studio clips being portrayed as real, generic mass aircraft
formation flying representing German bombers,Stukas etc.etc. I just cannot understand why they have lazy and sloppy researchers employed to do basic searches for whatever and use incorrect footage. This especially when a lot of the targeted audience are people who would obviously recognise the difference unless they are simply dumbing down what they show as their thinking nobody will notice ?

Personally it’s such a let down when I see this as we all pay for a licence and the BBC seem to treat audiences as a cash cow, rather than an audience that
who have some idea of what the countries history has been through in particular WWII and cannot be bothered to provide correct images for their supposed superior programmes.

If they concentrated more on the actual programmes no matter what instead of wasting money for stars fees and services that are not used etc. then I
personally would not have room to complain and moan and I apologise for moaning on the forum….:(
