You’ve got me started now too, Alan…
My first Gemini arrived last week
And these two should currently be winging their way towards me, too…
but the non-BA ones don’t have RB211’s, so the config shouldn’t be an issue.
according to Reporting Scotland yesterday, it was North East England and Eastern Scotland.
um, no, it’s not.

it got snapped off. the permissible loads were far exceeded as the flight crew tried to control the aircraft using the rudder in the vortex of the JAL 747 that had taken off immediatelt before (the minimum time between takeoffs hadn’t been applied, either)
trying to drown their sorrows no doubt after the Jambos result. 😀
My heart bleeds for them… 😉
In Star, it’s
Mobile Services -> Mobile Timetable.
Don’t ask me where I the oneworld one can be found… I couldn’t find it on the oneworld website, but I could download it from the AA website (in their downloadable timetable section).
I keep dropping hints to Sky Team about introducing their own… twice now I’ve been given a survey on how they could improve their site, and I keep mentioning a decent timetable facilty…
yup. downloadable at http://st.flightlookup.com/StarDownload/index.html
someone didn’t do their research very well… Swissair went bust 2 years ago… and how come JMC/Thomas Cook is in the top ten twice?
United have the two overwing exits as opposed to the small door aft of the wing, too. I’m sure there’s more, too… Iberia, for example…
The method I use is the downloadable Star Alliance/oneworld timetables, which provide flight details for all scheduled flights operated by all of the respective carriers of the alliance.
Schedules are avaliable to download/update once a week (you don’t have to do it so often if you don’t want, though), so aircraft used are always pretty up to date.
the 727’s quiet cabin? lol…
Glasgow, Air Transat, 757
Sandy, I think he’s talking about BEA rather than flybe… 😉
Sam, the CAA registration database Sandy used is at http://www.caa.co.uk/srg/aircraft_register/ginfo/search.asp
excellent site, you can look up any G- registration and find full info.
