Just stop feeding the birds for a while. The rat will surely move on if there is no food then it will become someone elses problem.

There speaks an student of the Homer Simpson school of thought and I quote “A problem passed on is a problem solved.”

This is the first time a monster movie has been shown this way and that’s the twist. You either latch onto it or not. Most times you don’t always see what’s going on,and that’s where the soundtrack fills in the info.If presented in the usual way,it would have been accused of being Godzilla 2.

I’m sure most “Bullitt ” buffs will be aware of this and it’s rumoured Bradd Pitt will be playing Steve McQueen’s role .

I have often stated on this, and other threads, that Hollywood has run out of original ideas. After this piece of “news” I rest my case.

    Cloverfield
Wow! What a film! It’s a dazzling experiment that pays off in spades.Filmed from a first person perspective on a shaky hand-held camera, you always feel part of the action. And action there is,by the bucket-load.The monster is a mean soab and looks nothing like the “leaked” pictures I’ve seen, and his “little helpers”,who may not have his size, have a very nasty attitude! SFX and sound are very well done. All speakers get a jolly good workout, especially the subs, and is one of the best sound-fields I’ve heard in a long, long time. The neighbours are gonna lynch me when I get this on DVD:dev2:

A few films today, starting with:

    Toy Story

It’s been over TEN YEARS since this came out, and although computer-animated films have come a long way since then in terms of animation, Toy Story is still a damn fine watch despite its now dated look.

Toy Story 3 is now in pre-production and it’s gonna be shown in 3D.TS1 and 2 are gonna be put through the computer and turned into 3D as well.:D
