I think Ren Frew is right. Seat pitch is the distance between a fixed point on a seat to the corresponding point on the seat in front.
I think between 32 and 34 inches is average for longhaul economy class. Enjoy your trip on Thai.
Haha…My ability to spell is debatable. I was thinking of checking the sentence on Word as it didn’t make sense to me, but I did not want to risk crashing my computer while loading it up.
Though who knows, nothing is set in stone yet, maybe they will object and not join star in the end 😀
Virgin and CGM and talking about stopping the Air France monopoly and starting up their own French airline.
Lydd Air was only a rumour so it probably will not flourish. I was also told that Twinjet would aquire an ATR 42 so you can see how true these rumours probably are….
It isn’t Air France is it 😉
Excellent news. With new management and a new strategy I hope the future is bright for US with so much uncertainty looming in aviation across the world. Hopefully Star will be their next big objection.
Ok thanks EGNM. Just I had heard rumours.
On the subject of JER, Aer Lingus will start operations there tomorrow. Also bmi regional will be operating daily Edinburh services and also CRJ’s will be sed on the MAN route with BE. BE is operating an extra daily Exeter rotation as well. Lastly, Lydd Air is rumoured to be operating a Shorts 330 to the island from Lydd.
Ah, sad news, especially as it came from Guernsey. I wonder if I had seen it prior to the accident?
Yes I remember you telling me about THY Kabir.
EGNM, will VLM be operating into LBA again this summer period? Also I heard rumours Jet 2 would commence flights to Jersey, any truth in that?
Have a look at a few of the press releases for Manchester Airport. Although the site may be bad, the news area will usually supply you with this information. Here is another site you might be interested in:

No new AI routes or any European airlines returning, Kabir?
glafferty,
The 767 was going to Detroit…it was a special VIP flight.
That c/s is brilliant though does Vietnam fly to Detroit? I never knew that.
This is excellent news. I think growth is very wise for CSA because Prague is definitely a very popular short break city, therefore connecting to new airports like Cork and Edinburgh should create quite a lucrative market for the airline. Also it is good to see Cork getting a new European operator ensuring future prosperity and growth in the region.
