I had a Scotch (Johnnie Gold) earlier, and I just finished a Heineken. So no, not really. 😉

Johnnie Gold and Heineken ? You’re right… not really drinking. 😮

Typical Glasgow weather I’m afraid, I’m happy to report however, that I can observe the transit van of Vinnie from my window. 😮

i have found a couple of emirates ones but they are us sellers

Nothing wrong with that, they’re usually much cheaper than UK sellers. I get stuff from the US, Canada and Asia all the time. Sometimes it’s half what you pay in the UK.

Ordered a set of Gemini Jets BA twin pack 747’s recently. It would cost me £43 in the UK, it’s $47 from the dealer in California I ordered with, which works out about £25 all in.

Have any of you lot ever been to the Luchtvaart Hobby Shop at AMS (not the one in the terminal!). That is bound to give you wet dreams for weeks to come!

If you’re suggesting an AMS meet up this summer, then you just wet my appetite further ! 😀

Gemini Jets do a Bmi A330 and Dragon Wings do the Emirates version. If you have a look round most of the usual dealers website’s you should find them or on e-bay.

I’m also after an Emirates A330, I think it’s out of production at the moment? The Bmi one came out last year and most dealers still have them in stock.

A fabulous collection as well Allen, you never said you had received your Air Atlanta 747. Any chance of a close up? 😉

Look on page one of this thread. 😉

Great shots of your collection, I too will need some new storage space as it’s getting tight at my gaff. The goverment’s future airport plan makes no provision for model collectors, Ikea however does. 😉

Here’s some shots of mine in loose formation…

    747’s

Poor picture quality, had the compression set too high.

They are a relatively new addition to credit cards in the UK. I don’t know if there are any figures available to tell if they’ve made a difference ? My cards have only had chips on them for a couple of years.
