I was hoping the launch customer would be domestic for no other reason than to mean I’d have a better chance of seeing the 7E7. Oh well, a small loss but it’s nice to see such a large first order for the new airplane.

I’m sure this is just the start for the 7E7 in terms of orders. Possibly the beginning of a trickle ?

The thing I don’t get about retro fitted winglets is why didn’t someone come up with the idea years and years ago ?

Have the drag reducing benefits only recently been discovered ?
