The best thing about SELCAL is that you can tune in to the BBC World Service and get the latest footie scores!
Remind me to be on your flight during Euro 2004 next year Wys !

Fair enough Andrew…..competition is competition 😀 I wish you the best of luck with it. Northern Ireland until now has severally lacked FS coverage so surely this can only be a good thing!
How about turning your attentions to a decent Scottish version then lads ?
The date says 1984, so possibly a repaint from red tail to Landor ?
Ah…… that would explain it  What an eejit !
The other two problems still apply mind you.
By dormant I mean a thread that has had no posts added for a while and has slipped down page one or onto another page.
For example the thread about banning alcohol on flights has just jumped up to near the top of page one, Starjet’s last post on there was made yesterday and the thread had slipped down the page consequently.
It’s now near the top again with no new additions to the topic. I’ve noticed this a few times lately, refreshing the page can make it happen sometimes.
It’s developed and currently makes a nice wallpaper for my PC. I did it on the tripod with a 30 sec exposure just after dark. Lot’s of red looking sky and cloud with the city as foreground and the planet as a little red dot in the sky.
I wish I had a garden 🙁
Although the park across the road isn’t bad, if I climb to the top of the hill, I can just about see GLA’s terminal with my binoculars (approx 7 miles away) Incoming flights to runway 23 fly straight over (generally) before performing their final turn to line up for landing. Also some interesting high altitude stuff heading to and from the Atlantic routes
Got a nice long exposure shot up there the other night of Mars over Glasgow. 😀
It can’t be full already ! I’ll have a look Andrew 😀
Yes, don’t know what’s happening there. If you try and change avatar you get an error message too.
