I think it would be nice to see some MiG-29s in Libyan colours…but first, the Libyans should upgrade their Su-24 fleet.
It seems that South Africa is very well equipped with modern technology.
All air forces are interesting 🙂
Off course, but its the people who are making them interesting…not just the planes, so considering their recent history, Libyan airforce is very interesting.
I really gonna miss the F-111 once its gone…
Hope the cruise missiles make the RAAF happy.
Its true, Libyan air force is interesting….
For Eritrea, find some pics of the old Ethiopian navy and that is what they will have, or at least what was left.
It would be nice if you post them, really looking forward to it.
Like a few others the Typhoon was looked at, but the RAAF have pretty much put all their chips in the F-35 bag it would seem. 🙂
Its really wierd, no fighter is perfect when it comes to the defence of Australia, agility is one thing, but then………the weapon’s range is always the problem. Defending a country like Australia is very hard.
They will bitch, they will moan, but there is little they could do. The Russians don’t have a JASSM type weapon they could sell to fit on the Indonesian Su-30s.
Like always, eh?
Indonesians can talk big but do very little.
Latest updates in Asia-Pacific region; Australia to purchase stealth cruise missile and MRH-90 for Australian Army. Indonesia is not happy about the stealth cuise missile, so how will they respond?
Would Indonesia respond with similar purchasing, or will they just complaining about the threat pose by Australia?
The MRH-90 is a pretty good looking helicopter, I hope it worths the value it intended for.
God, I love those Israelis F-15s………
So what is the value of this jet as a fighter?
Does it have the capability to tackle U.S F-22s?
Thanks everyone for the pics, but does anyone have images of Eritrean or Kenyan Navies?
old thread. Some updates. S300 has been bought. MPA requirement is apparently fulilled by PZL-Mielec M-28 Bryza acquired from Poland.
Aside from the S-300PMU-1, Russia also granted a license for Vietnam to produce ‘IGLA’ MANPADS. Plus, the possilbility of Vietnam purchasing 24 Su-30MKK is high.
If Indonesia don’t like the idea of Australia getting missiles than they should do something about it, instead of just using their mouth.
