Translated back to the original source, that means “Isn’t cleared yet for flying at temperatures under +5 C°.”

No bigger deal than that.

Well on the most newspapers in Austria you see on the next day in fat letters “Eurofighter cant fly under +5″(or something like this)

It is nonsens but many people here think it is true :p
