What comes to my mind reading all of the posts is the story (parable?) of the old bull and the young bull in a field……:)

    Hi Martin
Try your local industrial paint suppliers as a first stop………

Astleys, they moved from Far Gosford Street – to Binley I think. They’ll be in the ‘phone book. They always used to be very helpful.

Not only great pieces of artwork but a historical record, particularly during the war, of component suppliers mostly now long gone and forgotten.

Blackburn Firebrand by the looks of it.

    Cheers,

That’s what I thought too. Is that the old terminal at Elmdon in the background?

Hey Paul C cos your getting two I (and Moggy) don’t get one 😡

My local Tesco had run out – and considering the amount of petrol used to get there and back I’m not a happy bunny.

    Interesting to see something “different”

An area we (or rather I) seem to know little about.

I was going to ask how of the Taurus many were built – do I take it the answer is 12?

I’ve got an allied dilemma this weekend.
Taking an aged uncle to Weston-s-Mare on Saturday (for a family event on Sunday) then dashing to Yeovilton – I probably won’t get there till about 1.30. This will only leave the afternoon to look around the FAAM (I do dawdle).
Option 1 Sat night B&B near Yeovilton and get another hour at FAAM on Sunday morning before dashing back to Weston (for 12.30) or
Option 2 go back to Weston Sat night and have a couple of hours at the Helicopter Museum Sunday morning?
    hummm..

    W & R 21st edition?

    Shouldn’t the 21st edition be out now/soon?
