That’s a bit of a slap in the face mate! Why is it so hard for any country to design high performance equipment, the only hard thing is getting the funding for said projects.

What I think might be a good idea would be to offer the Ericsson radar on the EMB-190 airliner airframe, or turn the said plane into a tanker, does the FAB have any plans for this or the EMB-170 planes?

I’m sure I’ve read that there were cases of Props going sonic in both Korea and French Indochina. Though this was usually in a dive and with a Mig on their tail. Needless to say that the pilots didn’t recomend it, especially due to the vibrations caused near the edge of the sound barrier, some planes just shook themselves apart.

Panther: According to my sources, the CN-235’s that the IAC have are “fitted for but not with” weapons capability, this is why they come under the Armed catagory. Though I admit, I may be wrong.
