Just very heavy rain here over night and this morning. It’s still windy, however the sun is out and the skies clear.

You will have to change your mind when Hookies green flag is flying over Downing Street, well not really, you will probably be kipping in a hedge and getting heavy with RPG’s against our removal of those rights, but don’t worry, we will have snuffed it by then and inadvertantly know the answer to life, the universe and everything, not, just keep thinking 42.
I’ll be the ghost of number 10, mysteriously burning the green flag in protest đ

I’ve tried to follow this debate, but unfortunately lost the will to live as at times it has become vitriolic. From a personal point of view, I have very little interest in or time for religion. How anyone can base their beliefs on a series of books that were written several thousand years ago, in many cases several years after the events took place and have gone through various stages of translation is beyond me. To me itâs all voodoo and all I can glean from it is that from where I stand and from what I have read, religion has spawned many of the bloodiest wars of the past 1000 years.
60+ years ago the last âbigâ war was fought to give people the right to self determination and to the greater extent those of us in Europe have that. This encompasses religious and political beliefs, sexual orientation etc⊠As a result of the bloodshed by those men from an eclectic mix of creeds and races, none of us has a right to impose their beliefs upon anyone else, none of us has a right to tell our neighbour how they should live their lives, none of us has a right to enforce the rest to vote a certain way, none of us has a right to suppress another group of human beings for whatever reason, I could go on, I have the right to do so and no one is going to take that right away.
I admire those of you with the convictions you have in your various faiths, however through the freedoms bestowed upon me by those men who now lie in a foreign field, I beg to differ and say your theories and religious beliefs are misguided and in many cases wrong. Rant over.

Whatever. No offence meant. đ
I didn’t either, it was written in haste as I logged off at work. Didn’t come across well.
your god. the one with mustash and beer.:
Personally I don’t have a god, but I’ll certainly join you for a beer
Muslim follow two book, Koran and Hadish. The Hadish book have odd things, like it is okay to marry young girl, etc.
do Catholic have this too? they seem like to follow Hadish but with boy instead of the girls.
I think Mr Zhenghe has been drinking too much rice wine, and the moderators should be thinking of doing their job on this thread before it flames, because of comments like this.

Memory cards are cheaper to replace than lenses, I’d go with the Canon 400D.
Please remember ,beyond modern cartoon history: The “fat one” ,from the ruins of the Armistice , was a key player in building up one of the finest fighting Air Arms the world had then yet seen.
Your admiration for the âfatâ one is admiral, however he was also instrumental in destroying that same airforce, obviously in conjunction with the various allied airforces as well.
