Hi Paul, I don’t think I could have described myself better,;) Unfortunately, age discrimination is , I feel, coming into it, an example is the way the (Younger) Consultants speak to you, ie, as if you have lost all your marbles.

Don’t forget at our age you can be as obnoxious, cantankerous and awkward as you like. Its one of the few perks of old age.
