Any autopaint supplier will have the tool you need & be able to knock up a batch of paint while you wait…
That’s assuming you have cleaned the sample etc…
When we painted Daytons PRXI we had a book of “standard colours” published by some UK Govt entity which had all the military colours in it. The paint (Centari) ended up on 2 PR’s, the one at Dayton & the one resto’ed at Chino… one was matt & I think the other gloss..but it came out of the same cans…Think we had about 10 gallons of it mixed up.
I was going to clone Amelia Earhart from the bone fragment found by Tighar.. but now have a pet turtle.. 🙁
Has anyone mentioned “Sky Type S” yet?
I just got the January issue…
Walrii surely?
I have read thousands of words on this forum about the rights and wrongs of his tenure but I suppose at the end of it, if he delivers a successful season next year the gainsayers’ arguments will be somewhat muted.
Just imagine how successful the entire effort from Day 1 could have been if hadn’t been hired in the first place….The final straw for me was him saying he doesn’t read aviation forums…
Man, I’d bang that until mine broke & then use yours to finish her off 🙂

Wait a sec, where is that place in the previous link located? I thought RAF HQ was Northolt?
Please bear in mind I’ve been in the colonies for the past 20 years..
I’ve just looked again at that locations site, it’s changed since I last looked at it, you’ll have a field day with airfield sites.
Rather spiffy:

This one is my favourite. It was sent to my Mother by my Grandfather from the trenches of France in 1917.
& here’s my grandad with the same Enfield, altho he did the WWI trench deal (Cambrai, Ypres & Gallipoli) this pic was his second go round in WWII.
I just happen to have a few of these Enfields in the closet
