I know that Ray Davies hasn’t been seen on the circuit for a while but I didn’t know the the poor b****r had been interred in road tarmac in western France!

Hoping we get these shows on BBC America sometime in the not to distant future 🙂

How much would that be then?

Early on it was on the 120K/year range, but seems to be less in the past year or 3.

Won’t be a Griffon all the late spits got rid of.:(

& the fact that a Griffon sounds like a “rough running Merlin”

So it’s either a rough running Merlin, or a normally running Griffon 😉

I couldn’t help wondering if any other country would allow such a unique and fascinating venue such as Brooklands, and with so much history attached to it as well, to be cut up and destroyed… absolute sacrilege.!

Yes: Italy at Monza & Germany with the original Nurburgring 😉

I also have problems with the kinks they put in the Mulsanne Straight at Lemans…

And lastly:

Any ideas? I realise some of the parts may fit several different types etc, such as the hydraulic doohickies. The larger presuure regs look like the ones on the F7F so will probably be hanging on to those.
