I’ve no idea what the hell they used for primer, but I hit a spot with #80grit on a DA sander & it barely scratched it… plus the primer is about 0.040 thick.
To most Americans, even those in the USAF, all ‘aircraft’ are ‘jets’, the two terms are synonymous to them. I well remember when we took the P-63 to Alconbury airshow in the 1980s, all the ground crew guys spent the whole weekend referring to it as a ‘jet’.
Was that the weekend I was clouted by an errant B25 prop?
I find it ridiculous that in some states they’re illegal, they make such wonderful pets!
As for selling them, here in the UK they’ll only be going for £10 each .
£2 each when I lived in the UK. Had one in Cambridge that escaped one night & was never seen again. Over the next six weeks there were EIGHT different missing cat notices appear in our street…
