Generic talk about the obvious with no investigation. Bit disappointing but better than most of the rubbish on.

So they are faking cover pictures now? Wow, that’s desperate!

A crowd puller IMHO would be a new `Vintage Pair`.
Very rarely do we see a Meteor, let alone a Vampire. But a Meteor and Vampire duo would be great crowd puller at airshows.
The Canberra at this years Dunsfold was a better act (although not as poignant) as the two Lancasters.

If god was his co-pilot he should be fired!
Glad to hear no one hurt.

    [QUOTE=Seafuryfan;
Not quite a film, but thoroughly enjoying watching Star Trek (remastered), the original series on CBS Action (Freeview). Such good memories, despite some of the plots and action being veeeeery hammy.[/QUOTE]
Does the remastering include replacement cgi for all the special effects?
I remember seeing a special edition Star Trek box set that had this.

They should keep her as a ground runner. Surely the appeal of the Vulcan is the noise.

    Imitation Game.

Lots of historical accuracy issues, but still a damn fine film and well worth a trip to the cinema as long as you are prepared to leave your WW2 anorak at home.

Agree, absolutely brilliant film. Didn’t notice any historical inaccuracies myself as I know little about Bletchly and Turin.
They managed to turn what could have been a boring film into a totally engrossing one.

I remember in 1987 the Blenheim flew with RR299 and Kermit Weeks Mossie at Biggin Hill .Not sure if it was on an airshow day or before but I vividly recall them flying over our house, I was a very please 13 year old that day.

So did we have two Mossies airworthy in the UK in 87?
Now, that would have made an interesting formation.

    The Railwayman.
A love story about a Burma Railway veteran who has to face his demons.
One of the best films I’ve seen for a while and a true story.

Wasn’t the B17, Blenheim, Mosquito formation 1987. One of the Blenheim’s few appearances
before it’s first crash? She didn’t fly again until 95. The Mossie was lost in 96.

I still cannot understand how so much energy can be released just by breaking the bonds of an atom.
    An amazingly terrible thing.

    Need I say any more??

Ahh, a film of endless quotes. See the new Predators. Same but different.

Interstellar. Ignore the plot holes and concentrate on the wormhole and black hole. A remarkable, spectacular, thought provoking film in Christopher Nolan tradition.

Why did they give the robot an arm to fly the spaceship? Haven’t they heard of WiFi!

To run four screens two graphics cards will suffice. One for the single display and one for a tripple head to go http://www.matrox.com/graphics/en/products/gxm/th2go/displayport/.
CH products http://www.chproducts.com/13-28464-Home.php or Saitek http://www.saitek.com/ have everything you need to make a cockpit.
I have CH products pedals. Saitek Yoke and x 2 Throttle Quadrants as well as the Saitek Switch Panel all running from a standard (but beefy) PC.
My PC specs are Win 7 64 bit i7 3.8ghz quad core with 8 gb ram. Nvidia 580 graphics cards. 2 x 500 gb solid state discs.
Are you going to run FSX? You might like to check out PrePar 3D.
    I also use Track IR.
