I’ve finally come to a decision that I think it is nice, it looks professional. 😉

any one here going on a tour?

It is highly likely I will be over the summer. Most likely to be the beginning, middle of August.

Thanks RIPConcorde, The beech Titan is for the crew for the 757

I see, so it’s to swap crews when one goes out of hours. I presume they fly the replacement crew and the original crew from and to STN.

Never stayed there, but have been to the area. There is a walkway which goes across the watar just beside the little white church thing, you can stand infront of the runway threshold and the aircraft fly very low over you SXM style! 😎

Very nice, I love seeing all the pics you take, certainly not “sick of you”! 😉
    The first one is excellent!
What’s the Titan Beech 200 all about? I take it that it’s not for passenger use.
It’s amazing to see how NCL has evolved since when I was there back in 2000 when it was a nice, but pretty sleepy airport. How many passengers a year is it at now?

    Ah 666 posts!! 😮 😉

Yes, I also really like that one. I saw back on the 3rd of June when I was waiting to depart to BHX. Looks just as good in the flesh!

Obviously they must have their reasons for starting more routes from LGW over LTN. LTN used to be it’s biggest base did it not?

Maybe its because Gatwick is closer to London than Luton and they feel more people want to fly closer to London?

I think they do very well from Gatwick as it is a very congested airport compared to the likes of LTN and have very few major delays as fair as I can see.

I think STN is, but now with this announcement LGW will become so.

    They’ve already got it. http://www.planepictures.net/netshow.cgi?221330

    It’s the Star Wars plane! 😉 G-JEDI.
I was hoping to get on it when I went to BHX, I got JEDK instead, although JEDI was parked right next to it. I have a feeling that JEDI is based at EDI just now.
