CO use their 752s to EDI, BHX, OSL(when it starts), LGW, GLA(winter?), SNN and/or DUB etc.
yep, and AA to MAN
and TCX to YYZ
Air Scandic will be using Finnair 752 to Sanford this summer from GLA…
752s are not too rare across the atlantic. 🙂
That is going to be a long haul in a 752..cramped….but saves $
Don’t worry, it’ll be a 762 next summer 😉 and the passengers have a lot to look forward to, either the beautiful city of Edinburgh or New York 🙂
Just to add, the photo with the WTC in the background was taken on the 8th of September 2001. 🙁
LOL, that’s quality, but as it’s just the engine cowl and not the whole engine, it’s not impossible, especially if both aircraft got serviced at the same hanger, a practical joke by the engineers or a good photoshop, either way I like it! 😀
Friday at Edinburgh=
As long as it’s not thunder and lightning like 5 mins ago! 😮
I tell you what raises a laugh, is when the security announcements interrupt an airline employee making a boarding announcement etc. It sometimes can happen more than once in the same announcement 😀
Don’t worry if you missed it, it’ll happen again in another 8 years time and 7 or so years after that apparently.
Only once has there been ‘proper’ applause and that was after landing at YYZ from GLA in a Canada 3000 A332 back in July 1998.
It’s naked! 😉
These are the best I’ve taken, from my latest trip.
and it’ll be called WISE Air!! 😀 (that’s Welsh, Irish, Scottish, English)
Personally, I dont think the A340 looks dated at all! With it’s winglets and long wings I think it’s very graceful.
Me too! 🙂
That route choice forum just shouts unprofessionalism.
A couple of guys having a laugh sort of thing.
Domestic routes could work as easyJet don’t do any.
EDI, GLA, LHR etc.
What? It’s an A320 with no engines, so it won’t be flying any where too soon.
What I don’t understand is why all these new start-ups or should I say attempted start-ups try to launch where the competition is going to be too strong for them. Look at NOW at LTN easyJet would have eaten them, but now Nexus are trying to start up at another main EZY base! I can’t see it working out to well. Not that I like to be the pessimist who puts down all new start-ups.
I think EUJet have a better chance of succeding, no competition really.
