There was one-I presume this one- that was leased out to Garuda I think it was. That’s the only service it performed, so it didn’t operate for EAL themsleves.
I saw a EAL 732 at BHX last week. It had Xerox titles on the side of it.
Its 100% bull. Its just the usal Edinburgh spoters bitter about GLA’s new long haul based airline. They have said they will only expand from GLA in Scotland.
Well in this instance the culprit was GLAsgow. I am happy to keep a ‘neutral’ stance. 🙂 As long as others are too, I don’t appreciate unfair and mindless comments like that.
On a clear day I see all sorts of high altitude aircraft flying over my area, don’t where to or from, most are heading North though.
Rarely I see EDI arrivals mainly, it depends on which runway and the approach path they take.
I think this would be a good move, just now the ratio of flights to Canada from EDI and GLA to Canada is way too one-sided. EDI’s 2 to GLA’s 20 odd.
There would be no harm in starting a 4 times a week service or something along those lines.

Well, I’m pretty sure TNT don’t send their BAe146s North, the other movement was a Parcel Force Hs748(?) which could have been heading to ABZ but I’m not sure?
I don’t know what the A represents in the flight number because AFAIK Flyglobespan don’t have any regular flight numbers with letters in them. :confused:
