Very nice indeed, very sharp! Both Centralwings flights on time too, and operated by their own aircraft! 😮

Argh Centralwings, possibly the most unreliable airline in Europe! 😡

If you’re back soon you might be able to get it as it appears to be based at EDI just now.

I saw some old guy riding a micro scooter through the departure lounge at Edinburgh airport.

I was working through Glasgow this morning, only stopped off for a wee while, too cold for my old bones so went home, didnt have a clue what else was due today, might try a longer visit next Sunday though

    There’ll be another time. 😉

Sundays have a Scandanavian vibe this summer, with BGO, HEL, CPH, ARN, Billund starting again in a couple of months. Sterling, Finnair, Wideroe, SAS, Sun-air(BA)…

Hopefully they won’t bring their chilly weather over with them in future! 😀

Excellent shots, especially the TCD departure, can’t beat a B747 rotation…

Very nice, as always. I take it you didn’t catch the MD that is operating the HEL flights for Sterling today?

Who cares about the variety when you get that close, at such a wonderful beach with such wonderful weather with such lovely ladies to look at with a bar to sit at!

LOL summed up just perfectly. 😉

Good to see BACON actualy acting progressively as a business instead of regressively as it did in its entire life as BACX.

Are 3 flights a week enough to support what I assume is as much a business route as it is a leisure one however?

HLX were getting 70-80% loads just before it was dropped, the frequency was no more than 4x weekly, it could of been 3x weekly too. I can’t quite remember.
So in theory, if HLX can achieve those loads on the B73G, BACON should be on to a winner… 😉
I think it could benefit from a couple more frequencies to begin with, however I’m sure if it gets off to a good start we might see the frequency increased in time.

Just wondering guys as theres no mention but is there a multi storey car park at EDI where we can take photos from the top level of the car park?

There is, gives good views of the South and East of the airport. Security aren’t too keen on it though, but I don’t think they mind if you let them know…
