Excellent, I’ll hope to make use of this service! 😀
You’re saying that they’re reducing service from 3x daily to 2x daily for summer?!

the 767 can get off the deck from EDI with no restrictions too

The B762 can, but the B763 has restrictions if it were to operate full to say, West Coast USA, I think.

Currently, atleast until (if)the B7E7s arrive, the best aircraft to use is the A332 because it can get off of the runway’s at EDI and GLA without any restrictions.
B777s to me are just way too big. CO can’t fill them from Scotland to EWR and that’s with a hell of a lot of onward connections aswell as point to point.

Bad news for Air Transat, though. 🙁

Looks like it, unless they choose to operate flights for themselves, they’ll disappear from EDI and GLA, and aren’t thye disappearing from CWL soon too?

Yep, EK from GLA looks to be cheapest. Although it’s a 30 hour slog to get out there! 😮

I spotted the advert on the airbridge; seems a bit strange that RBS(Royal Bank of Scotland) are advertising in Germany?

They are a worldwide company, so not too strange. Not enough to make a photo ‘special’ anyway. I’m pretty sure it has to be the beacon light flashing.
