Which Bulldog wearing RAF training scheme did I see at Popham this morning?
When I drove past on the return leg at about 14.30 somebody appeared to be walking around checking her out as if she was due for a flight later in the afternoon?

This is the only pic i have scanned in from my collection at various DX shows cant tell you what year though as its from a shoe box full

The Bristol Blenheim is in my opinion the best looking aircraft of WW2. 😎

It will be kept on the apron until 2013 when it will be disassembled and sent of to Poland.

Sadly the Ju-52 (actually an Amiot AAC.1) will not have got “up to anything”, as it has been abandoned there by its previous owner. 🙁

Does that mean it’s there for the looking after by a responsible organisation or left to rot?

I’ll be down that way (again) on Monday, will there be anything interesting at Duxford I might spy?

All I saw today at 09.40 when I passed was a single Ju52 parked on the apron. Did it get up to anything later?

Other than the paint work she doesn’t look in a terribly bad condition, what’s she like structurally?
