He made similar predictions for 2009, 2010 & 2011 which turned out to be wrong.

    Nic,

note the above. We have a madman on the forum. Astrology!

Manson: some racing tipsters have got rich – from the fees paid by the gullible idiots who pay for their worthless predictions. Haven’t you heard of the “How to get rich” guide, which when you receive it, tells you to place an ad for a “How to get rich” guide, & send everyone who pays the same advice?

instead of personal attacks, how about you research with an open mind rather than being narrow minded and jumping to conclusions. You might be surprised about its accuracy.Avoid using abusive language.I do not provide financial astrology services as it is too complex a system for me to understand.I do subscribe to them for alternative view and reference point.

Fyi, I am into trading myself in the BSE sensex,MCX and LME.And Celente only predicted riots and revolution in usa for 2012 not 2009,2010,2011.If you have evidence on the contrary please provide rather than making baseless rants.

Gillian Tett of the FT was predicting the economic crisis for a few years, & expressing strong doubts about the likelihood of a quick recovery a couple of years ago. A friend of mine was sure there’d be a double dip about the same time. I was right about stock prices in the late 1990s (& made some money from it, selling at a good price) & house prices in 2007-8, as was a friend of mine who sold his house just short of the peak. Some things are easy to see coming, if you don’t have the herd mentality.

He’s 65 years old. If he was as consistently right, as you claim, he’d be the richest man in the world.

I’ve looked through some of his stuff, & he’s often been wrong, enough that I think that anyone who pays for his predictions is a fool.

I have been checking his predictions since 2007 and I have found them to be right and he’s a rich man already. But normally I prefer Ray Merriman for very accurate market timing predictions. He predicted that 2011 will be the year of civil unrest and revolutions and 2012-15 has potential for world war. He’s a excellent trend forecaster and financial astrologer though I don’t use financial astrology in my models but I do use them as a reference point.

Secondly data does not indicate a recession ,it indicates a depression already in the West but stock markets are artifically inflated by Federal Reserve and its shareholder banks in my opinion.

So the USA is ruled by “upstream companies”, when the ordinary US taxpayer pays for the wars in need in Dollar and blood.
The F-22 is not in need for such wars in general and the termination of the production-run of F-22 by technical reasons a relief for the US-taxpayer. Even “upstream companies” run into problems by a lack of consumers for their high price products some day.

There is no lack of consumers. The upstream companies can sell in other markets and to other refineries.A lot of cargoes are being diverted to EU and China.

The beneficiaries are the derivatives trader and investment banks and upstream oil companies. The consumer has to suffer the consequences of being naive and be more competitive and innovative for the remaining resources . The prices are being jacked up by excessive derivative trading and resource wars which has inflated oil prices.

Texas, Alaska, North Dakota, Wyoming etc have more oil than Scotland.:diablo:
Who know, the UK may have its own breakaway atate soon. 🙂

I don’t know about Alaska.North Dakota has 150 billion barrels extractable at 50$/bbl. Wyoming oil shale is b/w 10$-95$/bbl and 800 billion barrels are extractable

You have estimates of Texas or Alaska??

A nonsense claim to stay polite. The buyer in the USA as everywhere has to pay market-prices whatever are the production cost. The international companies getting the contracts will decide where they will pay the related taxes. At the stock-exchanges the market prices will be pushed to the highest possible profit with a minimum of taxes too. In short every conflict and claimed shortage will keep the market-prices high, when the national gains in taxes are from the national consumers mainly.
As long as the promise of affordable and reliable stealth material comes true and makes no sense to built more F-22A. Even the slower F-35A pushed the present ones behind its limits. The T-50 and J-20 will run into similar problems without a technical break-through in the near future.

the downstream oil companies pay market price.Upstream companies are the ones that beneficiaries of such wars. Please research before making knee jerk reactions.

If there is going to be a civil war in America it will be because the people who take from the system won’t accept any cuts made necessary by economic realities.

Unfortunately, Obama is playing them off “the rich” (i.e. anyone with a decent standard of living, a home and a job)..setting up them as the bad guys who must pay more taxes.

Currently, about 50% don’t pay any federal income tax. Thiose people want the other half to pay more.

While our new Indian frined is being very over dramatic, there are tensions in America.
Just as there was during the 1929-3? “Great Depression”. FDR used the same shameless class warfare tactics..
But FDR was a bit more subtle than Obama, so I don’t discount the possibilty of strife here.
If it happens, it will be along the lines of what been seen in Europe when the mobs have resisted welfare spending cuts.

    Hardly the stuff of Gettysburg.

The other stuff “At the same time the american police is turning into a paramilitary with mechanized heavy armour .At the same time all kind of insane laws are being passed in USA.”
Sounds like he’s a speechwriter for Putin.
Perhaps he doen’t know that just because someone with a degree and job writes something doesn’t mean it’s true.

Local police have SWAT teams, not heavy armour. Our local police can’t afford to fly the helicopter they have, let alone have tanks.
As far as “insane laws”…well, welcome to democracy. 😀

Unfortunately, Obama is playing them off “the rich” (i.e. anyone with a decent standard of living, a home and a job)..setting up them as the bad guys who must pay more taxes.

Obama is increasing bureaucracy and making it difficult for small businesses to operate and leaving loopholes for big business in those laws.

You can convince whatever you like but here are the facts, like on the militarization of american police:

Please then check Section 1031 of the NDAA FY2012

or Hr 651 and PDD 51.Read the entire bills and consider their implications .Even Patriot Act is very draconian in nature

For the last three years he’s been predicting that the USA will have food riots, tax riots, mass movement to survivalism & an economic crash as severe as that of 1929-30.

He was wrong in 2008, 2009 & 2010. Why should he be right in 2011?

If he was as good at predicting trends as he claims, he’d be another Warren Buffet. Instead, he’s made money selling predictions. He’s like a racing tipster. If he was any good, he’d bet on his own account instead of selling tips.

This applies to all professional forecasters.

He predicted it(riots) for 2012 in 2007-08.Secondly he predicted the start of depression in 2008 in USA and has called the ‘recovery’ of Western economies a farce which he is right. He predicted the start of currency wars and proxy wars in 2009 and he has been right. Please refer through his material carfully.

And he has his trading accounts in commodities and currencies.

LOL, its amazing how inaccurate the views of the US are from the outside. The US is not near any civil war and the rest is a bunch of bunk as well. You don’t live here and I don’t care about who studies what, its not even close to accurate.

You can say whatever you like but the world’s best trend forecaster Gerald Celente agrees with me .

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=APrk1QCtJSo

He is of opinion by late 2012-13.I believe 2014-2015.

    http://www.amazon.com/Coming-Collapse-American-Republic-prevent/dp/1461122538

Johan Galtung a political analyst and sociologist is of opinion that time period is between 2015-2020.

Please study the sociological and economic indicators. You could also refer to Dmitriy Orlov’s work on closing the collapse gap.

I disagree America has shown great bouncebackability in crisis situation throughout its history and this crisis will also pass over.

last time america was a creditor not the world’s largest debtor. It had a real economy based on manufacturing not on fake derivatives with ratio of 1:500 in terms of physical: paper assets.BLS was not forging data on its economy in the past, today it does so.It was not conducting illegal wars for world domination.

Today it is doing the same kind of things which the third reich was doing. The USA will emerge out of this crisis by 2020-2025 possibly broken into 5-6 nations with Texas being the most powerful of these in my opinion,if we are lucky. But what USA attempted in Russia via NED controlled NGO’s and Alexei Navalny. recently has pissed the Russian federation govt and the communist opposition and this is essentially an act of war. Also there are unconfirmed reports of NATO forces being deployed in Jordan to help Al Qaeda and muslim brotherhood. These kind of things have potential for making world war.Syria is no pushover and is armed with chemical weapons as an counter to Israeli nuclear weapons.

I believe this crisis will not end well.

    its nothing dodgy,

i find that one of the most interesting things about this forum is the impressive breadth of opinions.

I was curious to see where that sort of logic might originate from. I don’t agree with you, but I’m not sure this is the place for a discussion on why not.

If you are interested in comprehensive research then from Science point of view Skif.ru, xakep.ru and physorg are excellent .From conspiracy point of view abovetopsecret.com is good. From financial analysis point of view zerohedge, elitetrader, seekingalpha and marketoracle are excellent.

Hi manson_322, i am genuinely curious here. Can you tell me what country you come from?

IN fact scrub that, what planet do you come from?:mad:;):confused:

I am a geopolitical researcher and investment advisor. I have to keep eye on social and economic trends.Even Gerald Celente ,the world most famous trend forecaster renowned for his accuracy has stated that USA is heading for economic collapse ,civil war and its current actions are going to provoke a world war.

I am from India anyways. So whats your point?

Well I think America is a long way from a return of the Blue and Grey coats Manson.

All social and economic indicators are indicating a high probability. At the same time the american police is turning into a paramilitary with mechanized heavy armour .At the same time all kind of insane laws are being passed in USA.

In 1-3 years economic collapse will happen and then watch. This is why USA is instigating wars and making provocations so that it can get out of the debt nightmare and secure massive oil resources via warfare. Like in Libya NATO helped Al Qaeda get power? why? the cost of oil extraction there is cheapest around 20 cents a barrels.Saudi Arabia is 2$ per barrel.

What US is attempting has 70-80% probability of becoming a world war.

Ohh so sad no more F-22 craptors for the American military. USA should stop wasting money on defence and invest in economic development else it will face civil war and revolution in future.
