(whatever its a Heinkel or a CASA)

I have a question folks, DCK’s words I have highlighted here, would that mean who the 111 served with or did the Spanish build 111’s under license as I have no idea and am intrigued. TIA Bex

Meanwhile Bex and myself will dissapear into the sunset with 2 goats and black dog we are’nt allowed to discuss, while sharing a fag.

Hmm yes good plan, except one minor detail, the 4yr old Fag Police in my house has demanded that I quit smoking so Im now down to my last, and unlike a last Rollo, Im afraid I can not share this last fag.

As for names / words, well its just like everything else really, seemingly harmless words get their uses changed in a seeming endless quest to find the most insulting use for it. Look at a male hen, the proper 4 letter word to describe said bird has been used to refer to something else which in society is deemed offensive (eg my cousin in the USA, her husband was banned from shortening his name at school incase of offence, Mr Richard Upright {u can guess}). Until war is abolished and we all live in harmony we’re stuffed on anything Historical being portrayed acurately, in some cases History maybe banned or rewritten so as not to cause offence.

I think Ive rambled on enough now, Bex.

(coat & last fag gone out the closed door) 😀

Actually, my other half is quite appreciative, one of our first dates was Air Fete 97, complete with Reds, Thunderbirds, Frecces, Patrouille everything and the amazing B-2, she thinks that was the ultimate in first date cool.

Pete, I rest my case….. quote “you are a very lucky gent” even more so having a first date like that one…… awesome :diablo: Bex

    Hi Pete,

Well one could say things about getting old but I wont, except I have seen 2 proper airshows, Croydon had a load of prop flybys one year in the early 80’s and a Biggin Hill show about 20yrs ago. Then I helped CHivenor get ready for its airshow in 1990 ( it started the day we went home 🙁 ) & finally Tangmere’s ickle show last month. So Pete, you are a very lucky gent to have been able to see many shows & aircraft. Good luck sorting them out, and dont let the other half get near em LoL Bex

Is it illegal in the UK to scare a goat? Watch out folks, the Goat Ordnance Appropriation Team (GOAT) is on the prowl, confiscating anything that may scare our animal chums….

Dean, although we seem to have differing views on what constitutes animal abuse, I must say though, you think quick coz I have to be honest, I did find this amusing. Bex

Am I missing something or is my point about soldiers commiting an act of abuse being missed here? Also what more evidence is required other than footage of someone commiting an act which in the US & UK would cause huge outcries and court cases because 1. ITS ILLEGAL & 2. ITS INHUMANE
but hey its in Afghanistan or Iraq so it doesnt matter.

Dean, as for making a claim for a dead goat (which it wasnt 😀 ) if said soldiers had left alone then that money would be better spent looking after the troops. Bex
