    Well Brilliant !! (as they say ) spoilt only by the corpse of Paul McCartney at end …that was the only big balls up of the night !!

    you would have thaught they would have noticed that at the diamond jubilee concert macca couldn’t sing tom could errrrr which one should we have ??

    a lot say macca was therebecause the beatles were the most iconic british group but macca isn’t the beatles just as much as he isn’t wings either !!

    sad but he is now like the old guy that sings on the pub piano

    have we had no other acts since the sixties ???

    the beatles were terrificly over rated

    thank god they did the right thing and lit the couldron to “pink floyds eclipse ” very fitting lyrics too

    vernon scripps in heartbeat !! another superb part , and hilda ogdens lodger in coronation st !! sadly missed the guys that knew the craft are slowly dissapearing leaving in the main second class substitutes !!

    the electronic lighting the crowd had that formed a lot of the effects were awesome !! unfortunately some of the participants were just outside as they performed in daylight ( the reds ) most of the show had to be in darkness because of the planned light effects !!

    I’d quit now while we are ahead.

    Do away with all the sweaty people running, jumping and throwing things.

    it is suprising chatting on facebook this morning how many view ali as a doddering old boxer !!

    obviously gold medal olympian and the greatest sportsman ever trapped in a body with parkinsons was too much for them to think about !!

    Good post, I was going to question the absence of any aviation content, but then I remembered the ‘doves of peace’ (?) on bicycles, spectacular! 😀

    and the queen parachuteing in from a heli and the red arrows were absent too !!

    to a degree yes !! but modern day ones are blatant with it ,, hazel blears for example one of my local close by mp’s was a bare faced blatant thieving b***h but she has still kept her seat whilst laughing at those who vote her in

    excuse me ??? behaviour like hers in most other jobs would be instant dismissal !!

    you get the same whoever you vote for , try to rememmber !! tony blair was a tory with a red tie !!

    politics is no longer about doing things for the people it is about a very lucrative lifestyle for the individuals concerned

    how many of them would have the same (false )passion on minimum wage
