When the RAF was well stocked with aircraft . . . I bet some of you youngsters can hardly believe such a sight!

Correct – I only saw two Lightnings on display at Neuburg a/Donau somewhen in the late 80’s and I was VERY impressed……

on the other hand I have been fortunate enough to witness Vampires, Venoms and Hunters by the dozens.
