As one of the co-organisers could i just say thank you to all for your comments.

Please check the Weald aviation web site for regular updates,
More Aircraft and also more Veterans have already agreed to attend.

The Event starts at 10.00 am on Sunday morning, however if arriving earlier there maybe a chance to see some of the Aircraft arrive.
The Veteran signing Event will start at 11.00 am.
The Event will finish about 4.00-4.30 when there will be chance to see the Aircraft leave.

He flew Hurricanes at A.F.U.
Spitfire Mk XIV’s at O.T.U.
& Spitfire Mk 9’s with 225 & 253 Sqds in North Italy.

EVENT UPDATE

Flying Officer C.W.’Jerry’ Jarrold has agreed to attend.

He Flew Hurricanes & Spitfires with 80 Sqd in the Desert
& Typhoons with 181 Sqd in Europe.
(Also a 40 minute trip in a Tempest before being de-mobbed)

He flew Hurricanes with 42 Squadron in Burma.
