They are twisting your melon man.
“I love my mother, I’m a nice guy really yadda yadda yadda”
Please remember, they have an ulterior motive in talking to you. Always.
Allowing any sign of friendship to them is a massive sign of a weakness to which they will exploit. Mark my words, I’ve seen it so many times, and heard about it via her indoors.

Just like a Church in a Prison. Big attendance. Turned to God, seen the light? My Ar5e, it’s an hour out of the cell and the chance to exchange goods etc.

Nope – They arent lol. I love my job, but these are people that will not learn, but imo dont deserve death.

Robbo had is – A meaningless existance for life! and I mean spend every single day as the last, with no hope of seeing the free world again. Then passing away with every chance of going to the hot place!

Justice imo – Also people should pay for their own incarceration – it would be cheaper if they didnt have sky tv

    I didnt say I was a police officer…

Both of my parents served in the police force for 25+ years – Neither of them agree with the death penalty

Why did he stab her? – The above is not enough to condemn someone to death!

I absolutely agree, the problem these days is that serious crimes are committed in the knowledge that the sentance is fairly soft, and even may have the chance of claiming some kind of compensation afterwards.

I totally agree on the above comments. apart from bringing it back.

Before I started working for the Police my answer would have been 100% yes…

Now im not so sure – Death imo is reserved for those truly evil people, Shipman/Hindley/Huntley etc. Even then, its an easy way out for these people (imo) These sort of poeple should live in prison for 20/30 years then be executed, there is no guarantee that there is a hot place. What if it is a welcoming oblivion and release from the things that you have done?

Crimes of passion? I dont think so. Crimes of desparation, again I dont think so. Imo people that commit a murder should at very least expect never again to be a free person. They should be held in a prison under similar conditions as alcatraz with no hope/possibility of Parole 🙂

The main problem imo with the death sentance – Can you ever be 100% sure that its right? 99% maybe but never 100%

Someone who has murdered countless people may claim some sort of insanity, do you execute them if they are insane?

The biggest problem with convicted criminals in this country is the rights that they retain, american prisons are a benchmark that our prisons should aspire to

The reality is – This country being a member of the EU (Lets not get into that one 😀 ) The death sentance will never be reimplimented here.

I can probably say that most police officers dont agree with the death penalty in 99% of cases

Definitely wont have been any police radio transmissions! Its a digital encrypted channel!

It could have been to the tower, but the context of what was heard would indicate that it was a police broadcast.

Hence the use of the large speaker system underneath 🙂 (I think its called “Groudshout” Or something like that 🙂 )
