    The French know how to do business with India. They don’t have to bring a plane, just brown envelopes or in this case suit cases.

    Then they also know the risks involved like getting banned. Just as Bofors. 😉

    F-16 Super viper, Mig-35 and Grippen NG all in concept stage and using old airframes ,only IAF selection will make them appear actaully ,and why the hell Ecuadorian Dhruv has cobra written that to in hindi ??

    Devanagari is a nice script. Ecuadorians will apparently think its cool. 😀

    It is F16 IN. It shares a lot with the block 60 so you can paint the F 16 IN and it becomes just that.

    yes but the IAF rejected the proposal. I think they are working on the ECO core Kaveri for the MCA.

    How does this SABR compare to the APG 80. Both are NG products.

    And also i greatly doubt Pakistan needs AESA radars to hit Taliban.

    The Block 52 upgrades/buys makes sense because they incorporate precision guided A2G munitions targeting pods etc. I cannot see America giving them an AESA.

    Pfffft…that swerve guy again :rolleyes:.
    I trust the AN/APG-80 will still retain a significant performance edge over NG’s SABR F-16 retro-fit. Does ‘IN’ get ‘Sniper’ pod?

    There’s only 1 aircraft @ the show that’s trials ready- ‘Super-Hornet’ YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYY!!!!!!!WOOOOOOO-HOOO!!:cool:

    Yes it get the sniper pod. Helmet Mounted Cuing System etc.

    LCA reminds be of those big Rays in the ocean esp the second pic..

    It’s derived from the blk 60 no doubt, but there is a reason why it’s called F-16IN not F-16E/F blk 60 ;).

    Two reasons.

    1. Marketing

    2. It has a lot of different subsystems radar modes etc.

    Nice pictures, but as I said its an F-16 blk 60, with “F-16IN” painted on it. Just take a look at the markings, it’s an UAE aircraft .

    Who is disputing that. Infact i was the one who said F 16 IN is not a new aicraft it shares most things with the Block 60. While the likes of Swerve said its a paper plane. Yeah rght.
