The more photos I see of this one, the more i dislike it. The ‘170 just looks awfull if you ask me. Can’t stop progress I suppose, but I like the looks of the F70 better.

I think the #1 engine (on the left on this pic) is shut off. Look at the vague contrails on #2, #3 and #4 they are not present behind #1.

Also, it is a military plane so someone probably pasted out the other contrails. Military 707s normally have a lot of smoke! 😀

Frankly, Titan is high on my list of over-the-top liveries. BWIA and Jamaican as well. I like a colourful airplane but they are just silly.
