Do you then not know that AW is part of the Key group? tut tut
Have edited the remark. Hopefully everyone will now understand what I am on about. You reckon the webby will give me money for advertising this forum?
My contribution to JP.net. Don’t think I will upload more from that day.
The Delta 764 is interesting. I did not think DL was allowed to fly over water with those. CO I knew about, but DL not.
Great shots mate (CO 757 is my favourite), I was at EWR last year and found it a pretty good airport compared to JFK.
Ooh there is no doubt about that. JFK is very bad when you do not have a car. Apparantly with a car it is better as long as you got some very large lenses. Did not have a car though so could not test that.
Natuurlijk, Peter. 😀
Bedankt! 😎
Yes. Let’s call it August.
May I continue calling it Augustus? 😉
I did not see this one coming… ooh who am I kidding.
They were shoddily made and not made for hurricane force winds!!! It just snapped n my hand.
You said you could fart harder then that. Now either you are a WMD (don’t tell Bush), or the wind was not that bad.
edit:
I am in doubt now. It may have been Paul that mentioned his farting accomplishments. Let’s change subject now… 😉
Hope it stays dry for y’all. 😉
Ooh funny, another Englishman that does not take my warning seriously (remember: “It will be “mildly moist” to put it in Clarkson terms, punctuated by the occaisional monsoon. Bring wellingtons and shoes you do not mind getting dirty!“). Honestly, it was all I could do not to laugh out loud when seeing 2 of the 5 lads had white shoes. :diablo:
But hey, “we’re English, we’re used to a bit of rain“. Or so I was told at the beginning of the day. Funny times indeed. And you lot only managed to destroy two umbrellas. Of course those where my only two umbrellas, but who’s counting? 😀
>insert evil laughter here<
BBC says it’s meant to be sunny? Then again, that’s BBC.
Still, whatever the weather… looking forward to it.
Take my worth for it, it will be wet.
In fact, I am pondering if perhaps we should get ourselves a rental car as well. Considering that my car will seat 4, 5 tops when not driving, I think it may be a good idea. Bare in mind that most spots at AMS have no shelter! If it rains, you’re screwed.
I’ve been looking around abit, Hertz has a manualgear Fiat Panda on offer for 131 euro. Should be enough for our needs since my Golf will also be available. Other rental agencies either have nothing left or do not allow booking less then 24 hours in advance.
Oooh not good 😀 😀
Seriously Peter, great shots there! Its been 10 years since i was at LGA last!
😮
Mine and Paul’s are correct, really looking forward to tomorrow!
I take it you have not seen the weather forecast yet then? It will be “mildly moist” to put it in Clarkson terms, punctuated by the occaisional monsoon. Bring wellingtons and shoes you do not mind getting dirty!

Good morning all,
just want to let you know that I will attend wednesday AMS meet. This will be the first time I drive to AMS during rush hour. Since I have to drive over half the A2 (NL’s largest parking lot) I can not give an ETA. Expect me when you see me.
This may be a strange request, but I am rather a big fan of Enlgish curries. Unfortuantely these are not available in the Netherlands. Assuming it is still allowed to take it aboard, I would really appreciate it if someone could bring a jar or tin can of curry-sauce along. Of course I will refund you!
See you wednesday,
Peter
p.s. At least two people got my mobile number. Do not hesitate to call. Please no dot call today or tomorrow between 16:00 and 17:00 UK time as I will be in the car.
Looks good. Very interested in the parking area photos. What kind of lense is required there? 300mm, 400mm?
