A formation of four French Skyraiders making a low pass over Oran la Senia airport. I can only dream of the sound hitting your eardrums….

More news will follow on April 1st, I think
There is a fine museum in Vyskov, Czech Republic. It is located on an original former highway strip and boasts a fine collection of Cold War hardware. Just to give you an idea, I made a video there: http://vimeo.com/6642655
Found this one on Flickr. Caption says “Low Level
Boys will be boys, and when you’re celebrating VE Day, well . . . .”

How about ‘flying low’ in a totally different environment? Say, Axalp in Switzerland?

at what point would one expect the engines to wind down? On impact or once fuel runs out?
Not a jet, I know, but I remember seeing footage from a crashed large propeller plane (C-124, if my memory still works). Aircraft totally wrecked, except for one engine: it kept turning for a full day or so, as the fuel flow to the engine was left intact somehow, and there were no means to cut the engine.

The recipe said that I had to cut red hot chilipeppers in very small pieces. Then I had an eye-itch and put my finger there to rub.
Ooooh…..

I wouldn’t go on with calling the inhabitants, the people who actually live there, names. Someone must have attended those people to the interest that was generated in this Kittyhawk worldwide, in all kinds of internet forums and the press. At least some of them must have access to the www and spread the word that they repeatedly are called ‘names’ amongst others. That doesn’t good to negotiations about the permissions needed to salvage what is left of the aircraft.

I am no expert in table top photography or CGI, but I am sure the pictures are fake. They just don’t look real at the first glance, they just don’t look like the real thing. Something is not good with the light, the focus, the sharpness and the light. When I look at them my gut feeling screams FAKE.
Someone is pulling legs here and I bet he has great fun in following this discussion between amateurs, experts, believers and non-believers, I think.

That’s mighty interesting….
