😮

Damn…

Who the heck do they think they are???
http://military.china.com/zh_cn/bbs/11018441/20041017/11918404.html
Personnels from out of Area 51 or somethin’???

Inicidentally, I always wonder if they (artists) ever consider if
whether or not they have “western influences to thank for”, for these outta sight, out of this
world, USS Starship Enterprising works of arts (even if silly one’s)

“My philosophy: Credit must go where credit is due, even if but only
artworks. And this, unquestionably, and IMHO, is a cool piece of artwork influenced by
none other but western technological advancements and achievements.”

Deino:

Good opportunity for you to archive this in your
files/collections. China.com have a tendency of cleaned up threads after
a few weeks and all traces of this will be erased.

Peronal Comments:

I wonder if this may in fact be the work of
LEGO or even if it might be the work of the mighty Firestorm??? And, if
this might one day, too, turn project-2208ish….

Fire away people… I also hate day dreamers myself 😮 !!!!

What is the one in the link under “Sleek!”?

It looks like they took an SU-17, removed the outer swing wings and replaced it with a fixed wing (different from the SU-7 which the SU-17 is derived from).

And the FTC-2000/JL-9 looks like a Mig-21 mutt.

That in itself is a great feat, my opinion!!!

I mean how many nations on earth have the creativity and/or
the technicalities to fiddle with and to improve upon products, i.e., fiddle around
with and turn obsolete items into superior world class products???

I for one concede that they (Chinese a/c industry) are no small potatoes
in this respect. Reveerse engineering, people, if I may say so and if it can be improved upon,
is no small feat. It is in fact a proud moment and an honor!!!!

So! SU-7 and SU-17 MiG-21 it shall be then, friend! 😮 😮

In my defence my 9yr old daughter
was watching over my shoulder when I was looking through the thread
the other day and she said she thought this 2208 boat was ugly!

Hahahaha!!! Now, let’s see….

In the same token….
…. it would probably scare the livin’ daylights out of her…

“And, it would probably make her wonder if God was really that ….. to her :p!”

No hard feelin’s since it is, IMHO, a punch for a punch….

:p

I thought too that this seems to show a Mirage 2000 or at least Mirage III-type fighter …. but if You take a look at the wings it’s exactly the same model !

Can You help me translating Your attachment, PLEASE ??

Deino 😉

Sorry Deino!

My Babblefish is not fine-tuned
in Asian technological terminologies and as such
no can do and sorry my friend.

I mean they would call an engine an “un-qing” – a word which carries-
attaches no meaning whatsoever except phonetical values. In the same token,
they would call canards duck wings. Outsiders would, IMHO, have his/her head spinning
trying to figure decipher what these names and terms would imply or mean.

Based on what I’ve witnessed here however,
I think the mighty Draken have the magic touch in this respect and that he
would be able to help you out in this area :p.

I don’t think so …. somparing this picture with onotherone I found from the same project it looks more like a fighter/striker (Air-to-Ground-attack) – maybe another Q-x-project or study – or a trainer ….or just a model to test a conceptual configuration !

Deino 🙂

😮

Well…

unless the inscriptions are by the mighty Draken himself;
in which case, once again my sincerest apoligies; if otherwise, my babblefish
points to / tells me it’s Mirage2000-like wind tunnel speciment.

But, we must in the same instance remember that while
many black projects may or are indeed be in the works inside the PRC
,
as for example the mysteries indicated by these X‘s here…

http://www.zjcscan.com/UploadFile/200392121394235629.jpg
(Source: http://www.zjcscan)

there are also in the same instance model displays of
technologies of other nations taken from both inside and outside of the PRC which are
utilized as educational tools and speciments in exhibits.

Who knows for real what it is!!!!

…..

That, IMHO, translates into a state of mentality better
known as: think twice, think really hard, and think deep… before immersing
oneself into a state of mind or trance known as walking tall!!!!

Sorry to repost this picture …. but do You have an idea what’s shown ????

Deino

Speculating only:

The black paint might be a dead give away:
Possibly, the craft might be an unmanned EP-3 and/or high altitude
U2-like inteligence gathering apparatus 😮 .

this is what i would like to put my faith on..- the right one

and i think the final one will resemble that most probably

No no no!!!

You can’t choose the right one! And why not
you asked??? Because, it’s too damn F-22ish! Only ChiComs are
suppose to copy to the same/exact likeness. :p

J-10 to pakistan would be least
that I’d like to see, coz that surely is gonna make
there capablity leap forward

How so???

I mean I had always had the impression that the general mentality is that all goods
Chinese are either cheap toasters or they’re rusty buckets (J-10’s are Chinese isn’t it?)? As such,
isn’t the two distinct and different schools of thoughts (rejection as in the expression that it’s cheap toasters
verses the expression of fear and/or of concern as in the above)
contradictory to each other???

Hello everyone,
I was doing some google when suddenly I found something that might be India’s next generation fighter, it is known as the S-22/23, it looks interesting enough but don’t know the status of this project.

Compliments:

Cool!!!!http://forum.airforces.info/images/icons/icon14.gif

Now, make it take flight!!!

The more the competition the merrier. This world needs
more topguns and this one just may be the sharpest shooter of them all.
And what’s it call? from LCA to MCA, to… to… ???? 😮

Step aside F-22 for
here comes the no-hankypanky
no-frills competition!!!!

Gee, I thought the Q-5 Fantan is obsolete
and the Chinese want to put the type out of service, but no, they actually
bothered giving the aircraft a new make over.

http://forum.airforces.info/images/icons/icon3.gif

Theoretically, I’m of the opinion that if the F-4 Phantom, or even the
F-104 Starfighter, was being kept updated, upgraded, adapting to the times, that it
too would become formiddable machines as F-14’s, 15,’s, 16’s, & F-18’s…
