Edisonone – Sameer is talking about the useless Communist political party in India that has seats in the central govt and controls two states.

My apologies for the Commie bit…

I thought they had outlawed all such political ideas and entities
in that country and that the so called useless Communist party is but an
entity of India no more than that of Ralph Nader’s Green Party.

We are but only human and we make mistakes, I guess.

The Agni 3 is reported to be ready and should have a range exceeding 3000kms with a i tonne warhead, the missile is awaiting the nod fromthe Govt who is aparently under pressure from the US and Commies in its own party not to test.

Wow! Finally, Beijing can now be brought to her knees, isn’t it :)???
But, does or will the Agni-III make that much of a difference (providing it’ll be fully operational within the 2010 time frame)
even if it is incorporated into the frameworks of India’s national defense?

I mean the chants of war cries!!! Just can’t understand it sometimes…

Picked this up from some eastern website and the rumor says…

They have a very ambitious program
happening these days to increase the total number of their subs
and these two are part of that plan.

But, can anyone say for certain that this might
not indeed be a yard from outside of Asia? And, what class would
this be regardless of its Asian or otherwise origin?

Sometimes these pics acts as if feeler gages or they
serve as sneak previews of what’s to come and sometimes still, or most
of the time in fact, they are but pure internet bull.

Probably some kid who is savvy with the PC and sold on the idea
of Buck Rogers, OC. Meaning this pic don’t necessary represent ideas drummed up
by Chengdu, Xian, or like. They are definitely not as imaginative.

The Badger is much more comparable to the B-47 Stratojet than the B-52. It’s not nearly big enough to even compare with the BUFF in range or payload. The B-52’s closest Russian rivals are the M-4 Bison and the Tu-95 Bear.

Darn…

Actually, it looks like the pylon is sturdy enough (looks very much like a Hawkeye rotodome). But… the person who made that “wonderful” piece of photoshop should have taken a picture where you see the pylon from the side, not from the front… It looks better when it is aligned with the airframe. :rolleyes:

Well, nice artwork indeed… After all, it’s
generated quite a stir and caught quite a number of our attentions.
I tip my hat to the guy for the creativity.

It’s a freakin FAKE. The damned radome casts no shadow. That alone was too obvious.

Please understand: My subject heading says “Claimed/rumored as the latest from out of the Far East”. That should set the record straight, Crob. I was not trying to pass up a fake one here as some seem to suggest. Still, however, I would keep an open mind on these things. It is said that many test beds are now being tried out and tested in China. Whether we will be surprised again by China only God knows because the rumors of Chinese carrier(s) is still looming heavily and the realities of it is maybe just around the corner. I mean why be so negative about it when we can all simply just shrugged it off, simply declare it as hogwash, and laugh over it if we feel so put off by it??? Why make a big deal of it as some seems to be doing????
