My question is – how do I prove that they are mine ??

    First hand experience:

How much money do you have for litigation if that’s what
you are planing on doing? I mean Lawyers are worst blood suckers
than loan sharks if you don’t mind my saying so. Additionally, unless you
have copyrights for your work, I wouldn’t even touch it.

Besides, there are rules to these things you know. And the
rules are: If your work has already been displayed in public before it got a copyright,
then that item or items no longer qualify for copyright protection.

Hey! That’s why they have patent lawyers you know.

This is really funny. If anyone read articles or posts on China’s forum, you woulf found out China has F-14’s data from iran, F-15 from Saudi and F-16 from Pakistain. They don’t need to wait for Taiwan to give them any information.

I don’t think you really know what happened. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Being that “sensitively” that Pakistan is being dragged into this,
I will refrain from debating you on this one. I have a philosophy of not stabbing friends in
the back – any friend. Even the Phantom of the Chinese Opera.

    Did you miss the part
about Mao willing to write off half his country
and most of other countries? (sigh)

    Ok then….

I suspect that the reason for that is because, while some
people in this world believes that they have every rights to utter such
rude and inhumane sentiments to the Maoists that they don’t believe that the
Maoists of the world have the equal rights to utter back.

I mean what kind of a logic is that?

If you were to have utter at me that you are going to
do me in because you dislikes me, do you think that I would be as lame
as to just sit there and pay a deaf ear to it? Be serious!!!

    no weapon is free

How true that is. However, some will have to fetch more than others.

If China has more projetcs and more money
they can recruit more foreign engineers and buy more
technology therefore they can advance faster

    Recruit?

Chinese engineers who studied abroad maybe. Definitely no one from
Sukhoi or Hinduistan. Reason: Even to this day, no one wants to share with China. But, selling
to her is quite another matter because China now has money to burn.

Last I heard, China had to put people to work 24/7 to try to crack the
code for the Su-27 and they succeeded at that just last year. Therefore no free lunch for the Chinese
as do those who agreed to go into partnerships to coral in the Chinese.

the J-10 even many posters sword
it is 100% chinese has many links to Israel`s
    IAI and Russia`s military complexes.

You guys still can’t quite get over this one now can you? I mean
if it’s not the Israelis, then it has to be the Russians. Who next? The French
because they are buddying up to Chinese these days??? Ask the Israelis to show
the Chinese those two AWACs first, then tell us all about the IAI.

The J-10, if I’m not not
mistaken, is a spin off of one of China’s earlier designs
    from back in the 70s…

Deino, do you still have that “The Chinese
Military Machine reference” from back? If you do, then show them
what Chinese ambitions are like back then.

    Let`s India get more
money and you will see India`s military programs
    get faster and better.

That argument I will buy. But the above? Excuses excuses! Simply excuses!

the LCA also has links to foreign industries.

Unless your 04 proto is way more sufisticated, I wouldn’t expect
for it to be anymore successfull than others in the past. I mean as a fighter for point
defense purposes “intended as a welcoming mat in preparation of the debut of the Teja”, the
Bangledashies are saying the J-7’s they just inked was sufficient.

You want to say India can not catch up but that is so irrealistic, if
India`s defence spending is smaller is no less efficient but undoutedly they need more
money to keep so many projects and turn more projects into reality.

With George’s promise? You will not only catch up. More than that, you may
even surprise all of us and likely sooner rather than later. Why so you asked? The Americans won’t
have it any other way. They wanted you to be the No. 2 instead of commies.

    lack of known data:

    HOW… CONVIENENT!

Is there then a lack of understanding into the affects of depleted uraniums?
How’s about that of cluster bomblets that’s strewn all over the Loation country side and
which causes a limb here and a limb there to be blown off – lives taken even – even to this day? And then
there’s agent orange from napalms which still hangs around the Vietnamese environment
and which gets into the kernals of rice that people consumes as a staple???

We treat endangered species better than we do the Vietnamese and the Loation…

    Just a thought. No disrespect!

    Haley,
I didn’t invite you to my thread. You can insult me in the other thread or through a private message if you wish. I was just asking that you not take part in this thread because I think you will ruin it. Your English is terrible, your logic is always faulty, and no one has any reason to listen to your stupid remarks. I’m asking again…..PLEASE leave this thread. This is the best IDF thread I’ve ever started, and I’m begging you to please leave it before you destroy it. If you did a J-7 thread I wouldn’t even post on it, so why do you insist on destroying my thread?

I’m begging you……PLEASE LEAVE THIS THREAD! PLEASE!

Too late! You wanted confrontation – you’ve got confrontation.

Once again: Why should I or any one else for that matter
take any crap from you or from any one for that matter? We are all forumites
of this board and we’re here not to insult other forumites.

I mean who gives you the rights to criticise or insult others here?

    Why do ‘some‘ of
the people here think they are
    ‘Gods’ is beyond me!

I really hate how every thread turns into China vs India.

To Awaara, don’t believe in everything time says. Go to China for a visit. You will know that’s not the case. The problem with the land seizures are caused by local gov’t corruption.

Well… This trend will soon change. Guaranteed! I mean once
the head Honchos and top engineers from the likes of Grumman, from
Lockheed, from General Dynamic, from Boeing, and the likes, starting to fill
the CAD room of H’d’istan, and the place really starts humming…

Their confidence will increase and battering of Chinese will cease to exist.

    India built its own aircrafts

My opinion: Principally — trying their hands at replicating 50s &
60’s UK designs. Comes the 80’s? It’s to the lab at trying their hand at
the cloning of French designs exactly as how this other place in the otherside
of the Asian continent attempted to cross breed the F-18/F-5.

And the driving force behind both entities (New Dehli &
Taipei) attempts to put together something that’s IDF??? The culprit, IMHO,
is “the politics of political pride” and not national pride!

However, as necessity is the mother of all creations, the Chinese IMHO
went about it in a quite diifferent approach: Their obsession with aviation was
based on the “DIRE NEED” for the country to maintain a certain level of NATIONAL DEFENSE”. Her
problem at the time: she had no one to lean on for Jaguars, for MiG-23 & 27s,
nor is America willing and ready to furnish her with awesome Tomcats…

She was forced into the putting together of all of her spaghettis
to solve this need and problem. She recieved no handouts from anyone like
other worldly entities had recieved in the field “and that we must put aside the bickerings
and the politics and give her the full credit”
    that she is entitled…

The true story of Chinese economic ‘miracle’ as told by TIME. Poor have no rights and are treated as animals. Land is grabbed without any explanation and compensation – and when they try to protest, they are beaten and killed ๐Ÿ˜ฎ Great going China.

    Inside the Pitchfork Rebellion
Across China’s heartland, anger at local authorities is growing violent. Is this the birth of a revolution?
    http://www.time.com/time/magazine/article/0,9171,1169902,00.html

I dare you go and give China a visit. Not the run down places
like we have here in North America, too, of course, which is what the
press has been selling us, but the normal neighbourhood where everyone works
for a living. Then, you tell me how bad people are treated there!

Yes! They may not all get a pay check from Microsoft or IBM which will
afford them a castle to live and a Mercede to wisk themselve around wherever they go, but, they are
miles in front of many in Asia, Africa, even in Central and South America.

    China:

What it all boils down to is finance. China didn’t have
the necesssary finances to fiddle with her R&D’s in the past hence
many of her dreams were never realized. Now days however, money is not a
problem for her anymore. Hence, new toys everywhere.

    India:

With this American alliance however, the promise to increase trade,
and technical assitance offered for indiginous programmes, this story may soon
take on a new twist making the subcontinent into an even more volatile place because
there are two rivals there which are armed to the teeth with nukes.

But, others than the purpose of encircling the Chinese, does those
who takes to the arming of India even care if the subcontinent might become the
first ever nuclear powder keg to go off on this earth? I don’t think so.

India should be permitted to progress in her own pace
just like everyone else does instead of being showered with gifts in attempts
to utilize as a card to play against the Chinese. period.

“I mean one uncool head and the whole of the subcontinent
could be turned into cinders and everyone on earth is affected by it
because – the foes India and Pakistan of today is like that of the rivalry between
the United States and the Soviet Union of the 60s and 70s”.

    Colored Glasses:

Docile? Vulnerable as a baby lamb? What are you smoking?

Hi OC, you are putting me in a very difficult situation here. I mean with
your being one of the mod and all, what do you expect of me to do? Am I suppose to get
into a hot and heated debate with you over the terminologies of the words docile and vulnerable and risk
the chance probability of me getting beam outta here by Mr. Scotty :p .

    I have nothing against China,
but I’d never go so far as to call China docile or
    vulnerable. That’s just asinine.

    And why not?

If they were not a people with a heart (docile), wouldn’t you think
that they would have and could have overwelmed the Island of Taiwan exactly
as they had overwelmed the Island of Hainan right after the war?

And Yes! They are extremely vulnerable
if based on the tens of thousands of nukes that the
USSR have pointed point blank at them.

    I mean wouldn’t you
    feel vulnerable if Brezhnev have
    his ICBMs point at you?

Planted there by whom, I wonder?
Get real and go read a history book. Taiwan was
    not “planted” there by anyone.

Now this is indeed getting serious and this is exactly what I had hope
to avoid. But, if you are going to reject other people’s viewpoints and accept only those of your own,
I’d say that’s not very constructive nor is it very democratic now is it?

Logic: If the KMT didn’t have any political backings from without at the
end of the war, do you think Mr. Chang KS could have dig in in the Island as solidly
as they did? Not likely. But I am not going to argue with you over that because it’s not productive.
Therefore. if you think I’ve been smokin’, so be it then. Consider me smokin’.

More than that, OC, “not only is or can Taiwan be viewed or classified
as a plant. I would even go as far as to say that ‘all countries’ who have commited
to a policy better known as China containment qualifies for the title”
    .

Where do you come up with this
stuff? If you’re doing it to be sarcastic, stop now.
This forum is for serious discussion.

If this is indeed a forum for serious discussion, OC, then you and
everyone in it should accept those of the views of others and not try to dictate what
can or can not be said here or what’s logical and what’s not logical…

“Even if what’s said is not music to your ears!”

    That was 5 years ago.
335 million at the end of 2004, probably
    400 million now.

    Hmm… There was
reference about google.cn. Maybe it was
    Internet users instead.

with 10 times the foreign investment…

Panda, it has to do with “pride” and
that is quite understandable. I mean we all have pride.
Therefore, I ain’t gonna argue about it.

But, bear in mind however – they will start to try to close
that huge gap. But, it waits to be seen how successfull they will
be at it because, as a so called democracy, they will be confronted with many
challenges with unionization of sweat shops as one of them.

    In other words: The
Chinese way is not as simple as it seems. It took
    hard work and sacrafice.

    The mapping has something
to do with F-CK-1, because? We donโ€™t
    need off-topic comments.

My friend, if you’ve not noticed, I’ve not as much
as clicked on this thread until “after I was :p invited personally :p
by Mr. Phantom in another thread to offer a bit of my input”
    on this thread.
I mean check for yourself if you don’t believe me!

To be seriously honest about all of this, knowing how much he is
of :p “one of those so called warlords that I’ve been refering” :p , I had
went as far as to have disciplined myself to think that the guy didn’t even existed and that’s he’s
not even real. I mean what more does people want from a guy???

But he insist! “From out of the blues, he outright
insulted me.” I mean why should I take any crap from him. Why should
I take any crap from anyone for that matter?!!!

    To other Sub Matters:

…not because fear of ROCAF pilot defection.

Maybe yes maybe no. And, I’m not even going to go too deeply
into a debate with you over that. Reason: this is all about entertainment and entertainment
is what Phantom had requested and entertainment he gets.

Your argument doesnโ€™t stand any scrutiny, much less simple logics.

Plenty of things in this world doesn’t stand scrutiny, Cabb —
Like how the Mainland Chinese gets picked on and targetted when
percievably we all know that they are as docile and as vulnerable as a baby lamb.
But, she gets picked on anyway, she gets discriminated against, and — she even gets
to play the principle part in the game known as play-favorits!

“So! Where is the logic to that my
friend? And how do you explain that??? Definitely
not very logical there my opinion.”

    The restriction was
there to prevent Taiwan from having too
    much offensive capability.

Do you seriously believe in what you’ve just said, Cabb? I mean the
Gang of Taipei’s (meaning not the Taiwanese as a whole) is one of America’s most
vicious and most notorious of underdogs and the world knows that.

“Taiwan was planted there specifically to act as a hedge to keep
the Chinese in check. And, to keep something as dangerous as Rumsfell’s fear mongering subject
in check — one has to have quality equiptments — the F-22 ideally :p .”

However, :p “with suspicions of all the Wen Ho Lee’s (Facts)
in the Island” :p, how seriously do you think Taiwan will ever get to see a
bird as awesome as the F-22 or even something close to that?

Heck! They are even afraid that they’d hack into
that EP-3 when it flew off course in a tropical storm and ended
up in this exotic Island in the South China Sea :p !!!

Regardless, this is “NOT” between you and me.
This is about Phantom. Therefore, this is as far as I’m prepared to
go with you with respect to the matter of the IDF.
