I wanted you to tell me because I indicated that:D. It’s an AVRO RJ100, which are currently undergoing D checks. Find more delays and trouble at http://www.brusselsairport.be

I’m a bit worried about Charleroi in the first part! were operations disturbed? When did it happen? Where is the aircraft now?

I’m going to Heraklion in August. I will fly the rare 767-300 (for Belgium, it’s rare, only four scheduled 767 flights a day, DL, AA, CO, DL). The 767 is owned by Condor or Thomas Cook. Some carry full Thomas Cook colors, some carry a combination. Can someone tell me what language the crew will speak and where the plane is registered?

Peter that looks more like a dragon! I don’t see anything in it. Dragonair A320:D.
Now that I look closer, the landing gear looks like that of a 767.

That’s a quite high FD category for such a small airport!

I think it’s an Embraer 120. Impossible to see the airline.

It’s the APU inlet door. You can’t have fire without O2.
For example, CH4+2 O2=CO2+2 H2O. But with not enough O2, the reaction equotation may look like this:
    2 CH4+3 O2=CO + 4H2O
    or
    CH4+O2=C+2H2O
(CH4 is the chemical connection of natural gas.)
This actually hasnt has much to do with this, but it shows how contrails are made->water is a reaction product of burning.

Plus Sabena practices like buying aircraft you can’t afford. At least they don’t have an alliance that’s making frauds and sucks all the money out of them.

It is possible to get into something aviation related. You may have seen in the ‘CAT 3 airports’ thread that I mentioned how I’m doing work experience up the Stansted control tower. I simply wrote to them, waited (a long time) for a reply. Then they said I would have to go to an interview to see if I had a genuine interest, which I did and then i got accepted. At the same time I also got accepted for work experience with Airfield operations doing things such as runway inspections, but had to decide which one I’d prefer! Went for the ATC of course, with STN’s tower being the tallest in the UK 😀

What did you write? If I would try to contact Antwerp’s team (which does nothing the whole thay than scaring birds and reading the newspaper) or Brussels’ they would immediately think what stupid kid I am to ask such thing.

Gee are they now even using A319’s to Newcastle, they can’t even fill an AR8! There must be better destinations for them to use the A319 to!

Then it’s maybe JT’s 707. If not, the answer has to be found in Africa.
