How is the current situation with Flash? Do they have any aircraft left? Where do they fly?

No, I don’t think so BA would ever take the A318 because at least one member of the ground staff gets fired by damaging the aircraft by unloading it  daily. Secondly, they already have the AVRO RJ100 for these operations.

Keltic, the TU204 with Rolls Royce engines have Western avionics.
    You probably flew a TU204-120 or 220.

A thunderstorm just arrived. Hope the diverted planes can land safely now in Antwerp.

The weather here is fine. By the way if the weather is bad, it’ has to be very local because Antwerp is only 50 km away of brussels. And if AVRO RJ’s can be diverted to the 1510 meter runway in Antwerp, then the weatjer may not be too bad. One of the pluspoints of the ARJ’s. DAT was originally based in Antwerp, then ordered ARJ’s, and was then taken over by Sabena, and operations were moved and re-organised in Brussels.

Another flight scheduled to arrive from Verona (Air Dolomiti) has been diverted. The schduled “arrival” time is 22.14. An Avro RJ100 coming from Madrid has been diverted to Antwerp. An Avro RJ85 coming form Warsaw has been diverted to Antwerp. For the rest, nearly every flight is delayed for about half an hour!WHAT IS GOING ON!!!

I won’t be able to fly Sobelair and Electra again:D. But I will fly Ryanair again however, I don’t know actually but there’s no readon why not.
Sandy, that proves that these crew are so stupid they barely passed their exam. They didn’t even learn about the airlines “fleet!”.

The accident happened yesterday evening. The landing gear was smoking. Thee flights were cancelled yesterday. The airport only opened again this morning.

This article is for dummies, so translated it means that the towere either warned them or the pilots saw a light in the cockpit that warned them. The take off was aborted.

Looks like another 732 will be scrapped soon…

I live fifty kilometers north of Brussels and the weather is calm. I don’t know about the wind however, maybe the wind makes the airplanes obligated to use 2 or 20, which probably can’t take all the congestion?
