peter..the bomb aimers window seems to be one of the more worse off ones on 319….the glass itself looks like it has moved, i noticed it was pretty much falling out…fingers crossed it doesnt

Urgent requirement – we need some shipping containers! If anyone has some lying about (!) please let me know. They seem to go for silly prices on e-bay, etc. We are approaching local companies about this also.

The museum is finally moving forwards. Aircraft currently being RESTORED are:

    T33
    F86D
    Mystere
    Shorts 330
    Lightning F53
    Whirlwind

    Hi Lindy’s Lad,

I’ve just recently joined and came across your request. I realise that your request was dated last year. But are you still after Shipping Containers?.
And if so what size are we in need of?.

    Best regards,
    Javelin

hi Javelin..ive PM’d you about the containers, we are in need of them still…no matter what size

on a lighter slightly less model aircraftish note….popped down along the coast today and its looking quite impressive, HMS Southampton is in dock, RFA lyme Bay is anchored off the beach, the static aircraft are in place..saw a harrier being pushed off a low loader today (quite impressive using only 5 men) cant wait for the show now 🙂

ian, when are you heading up, is it tomorrow?
