Rich, I have just received the following response, which sounds hopeful:

“I did not see your email until late this afternoon, checked on our AP database and it would seem that we do have some information; I will check this out on Monday. Our Shack. was not fitted with this (later) equipment so there is little help in our Shack. APs.”

More news when I have a further update! 🙂

Re #2: I don’t think so – unless I’ve had a bad weekend!! :angel:

At a guess I’d say a grey F.2, with a small low-vis roundel on the side; I also noted that the front cockpit windshield was missing!

I’ve been over at Newark today hosting another school visit and I’ve been asked to provide people with a gentle reminder that from November 1st the museum will be on winter opening hours i.e. 10am until 4pm; with last admission at 3pm.

In the short-term this may be most relevant for anyone who plans to make a combined visit to the Northern Military Expo event on the Showground on Sunday 3rd November and also to the museum – please allow plenty of time to visit both!
