I’ve not been back from Newark for very long, after another successful day of Vulcan cockpit visits, which were the overflow from the recent Vulcan 30th Anniversary Do! Despite the bitterly cold weather we had just under-60 people go on board XM594 today. The final day for these visits will be on Thursday 28th February more details about this can be found via this link!
There has been another influx of Aeroboot/Aerojumble bookings for March 2nd and it looks likely that this event will sell out – again! 🙂
I have been asked to advise that NAM has a number of new sellers that have now booked in, so please remember that tables are allocated on a first come first serve basis and previous sellers are not guaranteed a space!
This morning I’ll agree with too far north, it’s bitterly cold (who mentioned anything ‘warming’ :diablo:) and I’m just off to do ‘passport control’ for the first of these Vulcan follow-up dos!
I really must call in at Old Warden again sometime soon!! 🙂

If you’re going to start a lot of that then I’m going to plug the collection in every post…..:):):):):)
 What collection’s that? 😀

Wot…no plug ?
You are slipping 😀
Constant plugging is another myth perpetrated by the ‘GW Lobbyists’! :diablo:
See twice in one day!! 😀

They’ll need to spend more than their budget just to monitor / comment on here!!!:diablo:

I’m sure that Andy won’t mind me saying that some events do carry a partial list of what type of goods are likely to be available – I won’t add a link but you know by now where to find it! 😉
At the end of the day it’s my belief that the more ‘face to face’ selling the better!! 🙂
🙁 The website seems to be down – I’ll email my contact down there!
New details have been put on the NAM News Page about the Lightning event this May; This includes additional display information and details of another visiting cockpit – a Lightning F3.
Rest-assured not slipping – merely showing a little respect; Mike Pearson the previous co-ordinator for the Valiant section has passed away recently so I felt it would be best to hold fire for a short while. 🙁
Blue skies Mike!!
See you guys (and gals) on March 2nd.
….Cheers T/O! 😀
Thought you’d have popped in, sure you’d have been welcomed 😉
Too busy a schedule to risk it I’m afraid – in and out of North Yorkshire in less than 6 hours; could be a more regular jaunt though if No.2 son takes up his York offer!! 😮
You’ll need to get another link to your Twitter Feed (I’ll point them in your direction) – NAM has just agreed the dates with the Tribute to the V-Force team for May 2014; nothing on the NAM website yet, but there will be soon!! 😉 🙂
Are you coming down on March 2nd?
IMHO it might be good to cut them a bit of slack and try to assist them through some very challenging times – I know that’s what some people are trying to do! 😉
Keep smiling down there!! 🙂
