Looks OK, but never really been a fan of the Asiana scheme.
The CRJs seem to be doing more work for Air France recently than anyone else. Do the CRJs actualy fly on scheduled services, or just operate ad-hoc charters? I always thought it was a strange type to have as they have about 10 ATRs and just 2 of these

I think all those will be effected by bilaterals, and anyhow, all those destinations are operated from London extensively.

All the information given by BMI to the CAA indicate an A332 running the service after having positioned from LHR, explicitly stated. There are also a number of ocassions in the document where the size of the A332 has been an issue, and yet bmi made no attempt to mention the A340, which could have got them more services. If they had any intention at all to acquire a 340 then they surely would have mentioned it to the CAA to secure the services?

Whilst the routes are for use anywhere in the UK it appears BMI want to run their Mumbai/Bombay route from LHR with an A332, positioning it between MAN and LHR. This decision appears to have been taken largely due to the benefit it will have to UK residents. The other services were given to BA and Virgin because they interlined well with US services and US projected demand.
The full CAA report, which makes for quite interesting reading can be found here:

If the boarding pass says “club” then that is exactly what it is. You can’t say that “club” only means “club” on certain routes!
You have to admit that it is, at best, very misleading? Actually it’s worse: if this problem has been around for ages, it isn’t misleading so much as fraudulent.
I’m not expecting something that I didn’t pay for, but why make someone walk all the way to the lounge – why not print “no lounge access” or something on the boarding pass?
I’m sure the terms and conditions are crystal clear, but who on earth reads such things?!
I do have Silver status with another airline (SQ) and would like Silver with BA, but I just can’t justify using BA for longhaul because LHR is quite hard to get to from the IOM!
I think I have to agree there, whilst I don’t see how you could be mistaken for buying a club ticket in the first place, as the website won’t sell you one, printing Club on the ticket is a bit off.

But cannot you see what i’m saying
I see what your saying, but there are not that many people travelling between NCL and MAN for charter flights that justify a twice daily service, thats 600 seats!

But are there 600 holiday makers travelling between NCL and MAN everyday by road? I think not.
