Lots of Fokkers doing the rounds at the moment, Germania, EUJet and their new Manston flights, and now this…

Still not as many as the pushfit companies make, and they are twice as cheap too 😉

I’ve never seen a detailed 1:200 model as good as the 1:400 ones, except the ones that cost about £200.
Having said that I collect the 1:200 models, purely because there is at the moment a bit more variety in the airline that I collect (BA)

Got to turn up for a lesson in the morning, they won’t miss me in the afternoon, but it costs a lot to get to LHR from here, and for just an afternoon might be a little cost prohibitive as I have to go up on the Saturday too 🙁

For those of you at MAN Transaero have also announced that they are to start a Moscow – MAN service too.

Which airport to they server at Moscow, Domodedovo or Sheremetevo?

I doubt highly you have viewed the interior of every single Russian manufactured aircraft jeanske. I’m sure there are some other than the latest IL96s that have some form of entertainment system is.
Its an impossible question to realistically answer though, especially in relation to Russian airliners when you get such prejudicial opinions.

Depends on the airline of course, just like with a western type. If someone wants to add PTVs in they can.

321s already with their franchisees, 321s coming to mainline in November 🙂

With Jeanske for once on this one. The 400 already looks and feels oversized, and there is no demand for anything bigger really. When I flew on one in December you could really feel the fuselage flexing as we went down the approach. Either that or I had drunk too much

Not sure what you mean by a steeper approach, both have to follow the same 5.5 degree approach course. They are both about as noisy as each other on finals and on takeoff.

Never had a problem with either, both have slightly different business philosphies, and all my LoCo flights have been on time or early. Pity I can’t say the same for BA.

BAe 146s have far superior STOL capabilities to ERJ135s and ERJ145s.
