The only direct service to Europe BA run from EDI is to CDG, 3 times daily with the ERJ. Duo are setting up a base there later this year however, Oslo, Milan, and somewhere else I think.
I’m not sure of the conditions on the offer, but BA are advertising “free” connections from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Newcastle, and Aberdeen to Heathrow with certain long haul flights.
Also CO operate the 757 from BHX to EWR.

I think that was the general opinion from most people!
So no-ones been to Farnborough?
Mine is:
UK: Farnborough, Blackbushe, Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Southampton, Manchester, Birmingham, East Midlands, and Biggin.
Elsewhere:
Nice, CDG, Lisbon, Barcelona, and Madrid (So I’m told).
However the Flight Engineers have been offered Cabin Crew places! They are threatening to stirke about it too!
Into Farnborough recently we have had a Privatair 737BBJ, and Multiflights BBJ has been doing demo flights all week, along side all the Dubai BBJ’s and their 319CJ. We had a German Air Force (Starlifter? Something like that) in recently too.
ARGH! Thats when I go to Copenhagen! You sure A330?
When I was up there in March the “Live video cameras” showed pictures of BA A319’s, which were withdrawn the previous November!
What day is her last flight from LHR?
So it was BA that dropped the Loganair Islander routes and not Loganairs decision? If so then why didn’t they do the same with the Twotter, or is the fact that the plane lands on a beach slightly more socially acceptable? Dear oh dear…
Anyway, great pic’s Ren, I saw a slightly different Balkan Holidays Tu154 at LGW last week, you can tell them from miles the smoke they make. And those reversers!
HIWAY = Highland Airways based in Inverness with 4 Cessna 406’s and 3 JS31’s.
CS-TMY belongs to Aerocondor Transportes Aereos (ATA) in Portugal.
It is there, but it and the cafe next door close at about 2:30 – 3:00ish for some reason. The viewing gallery remains open until about 7:30 I think though.
