There was a very significant cost saving acheived with the new paint scheme. As with all airlines the planes won’t be repainted until they are due for their next repaint, so only money will be saved, not spent.
BA’s last 3 aircraft in Landor colours are coming into Union flag this month, illustrating the length of time it takes for a fleet to be repainted. Landor is the colour scheme before the world tails by the way!

Well it certainly startled a few people yesterday, including me. The plane came in in the afternoon, with a 320 ahead of it and a 321 directly behind, so I’m not certain it even had passengers on at all. It taxiied around for a good 20 minutes before they parked her up too. EC-INO is the latest one, so it was most likely a running in flight.
I sort of got a photo of it, although it turns out the camera I was using had no film in. D’oh!

Do you know whether or not they will be taking on the whole Citiexpress Dash 8 fleet? jethro’s seems to indicate this, but it seems a bit too many a/c really.

It looks just like any old Canadair Challenger Bizjet!
Duo is coming out of BA franchise in October I think, and their fleet consists of 3 CRJ200’s and 5 CRJ700’s. All the 200’s are painted up in Maersk Denmark colours.
