bmi use Pier 4A purely for their DUB flights, all other bmi services go from round the corner. BAA have a computer which assigns gates, however mostly this only operates within a given range of gates ie bmi flights to DUB will always be given stand 90 or whatever.
I’m sure we’ll see a EMB-170/190BJ in the future.
I’m not sure we will ever see it marketed as such, but I would be surprised if at some stage someone didnt convert one to VIP use, practically every other aircraft type in the world has had at least one example converted.

Silly me couldn’t remember the channel number for BBC1 Scotland on Sky so had to start at 999 and go down the way…not to be repeated with people in the room!
Er no, especially not late at night 😮

PVT means that the code is blocked, so will be a biz jet of some sort. Boeings BBJ would make sense.

There are loads of VIP configured 747s about from the Middle East, I dont think it will be too long before we see an A380.

Agreed with Andy, if you are lucky you could see them anywhere, but there are no daily regular services with them to the UK.

Nice shots indeed, how did you get high enough to see over that fence though, it proved very obstructive to me at the weekend.
