    Fate is the hunter
I just hope the book by Ernest K Gann is better than this rubbish.Though i am led to believe it has very little in common with the film [hopefully] 2/10

    The Thing [2011]
Well i expected more and sad to say i was disappointed. Never comes close to recapturing the unseen enemy feel of John Carpenter’s original. It’s only saving grace is a few nods to the original that follows the events in this film timeline wise.Didn’t care much for any of the characters, and whoever thought Mary Elizabeth Winstead could pull off the lead role was sorely mistaken. 5/10 Watch the 1982 classic instead.

Mmmm… Not sure the dodo polluted the air and sea to the extent that we do. The dodo didn’t fill acres and acres with landfill rubbish and cut down hundreds square miles of rain forest. What was responsible for the demise of the dodo? Oh that’s right! Humans!

My point was we are about as important to this planets existence as the Dodo was [regardless of the fact we made the Dodo extinct]. We shouldn’t be so awed of our significance to this planets existence.
The Planet will survive with or without us.

“The Planet” doesn’t need saving, it will continue on no matter what we are doing. It is us that need saving and in the life of a planet we are no more important than the Dodo and look what happened to them,it’s evoloution baby!!

    30 Minutes or Less
Two fledgling criminals kidnap a pizza delivery guy, strap a bomb to his chest,
and inform him that he has mere hours to rob a bank or else…

Enjoyable comedy not much thought needed does exactlly what it say’s on the tin.

    Apollo 18
Decades-old found footage from NASA’s abandoned Apollo 18 mission,
where two American astronauts were sent on a secret expedition,
reveals the reason the U.S. has never returned to the moon.

Now i really enjoyed this film despite a few plot holes.
Like most ‘found footage’ [though how the footage was found is never explained]
this does not show you what you want to see but let’s your imagination fill in the gaps.
Having said that you do get some glimpses of what
is causing all the problems towards the end of the film. When you sit and
think about this film afterwards, many things will not make sense, but whilst
    watching i was hooked.
