It is the Caproni Ca.166, one example built.
According to my source it is based on the Caproni Bergamaschi PS.1 (I-MELO) that crashed in Warsaw in 1934.
The radial engine of the PS.1 (a Fiat A.70) was replaced by an Alfa Romeo 115 and the cabin layout and the cockpit glazing were altered, amongst other modifications.
This is one of the two CAB PS.1 that were built (wrongly labeled PL.3 here).
